Art Healing is a gentle, creative adventure designed to help you reconnect with yourself through art. It’s not about talent, technique, or making something “perfect” — it’s about play, expression, and emotional release.

Through cut-and-paste collage, journaling prompts, intuitive creativity, and meaningful reflection, Art Healing gives you a safe space to slow down, listen inward, and let your thoughts and feelings show up naturally.

Think of it like a guided creative playground for your heart — a space where you can explore, experiment, and discover what wants to come through. There are no rules, no pressure, just permission to play, create, and be fully you.

Why It Works

Art Healing does not replace counseling, therapy, or medical care. Instead, it is a supportive, creative environment designed for personal reflection, inspiration, and emotional expression.

I created Me, Myself and I LOVE It when I realized I’d spent way too much time being everyone else’s version of me. Enough was enough!

Through art, journaling, and a little soul-reflecting magic, I found my way back to me — and wow, did everything change. Now I get to help other women do the same: rediscover who they really are, have fun while doing it, and feel alive in their own skin.
